Raised on a small dairy and beef farm in rural Texas, Morgan Cavitt utilizes her agricultural background and passion for marketing communications to create content that drives action. With more than 10 years of marketing, communications, and public relations experience, she has worked with global industry-leading agricultural companies and vital government agencies.

Morgan graduated magna cum laude from Tarleton State University in Stephenville, Texas with a bachelor's of science degree in agricultural services and development, focusing on agriculture communications and animal breeding and genetics, and a minor in communications. While pursuing her degree, she served as principal oboist and concertmaster for the Tarleton Wind Ensemble and Chamber Winds Orchestra, maintained active membership in six honors societies, and was a founding member of the Tarleton Dairy Club and Dairy Judging Team.

After graduation, Morgan moved to Madison, Wisconsin in pursuit of her dream to live and work in the heart of the U.S. dairy industry. She has held marketing, communications, and public relations roles with industry-leading companies and government agencies, including ABS Global, Milk Source LLC, and the Wisconsin Department of Agriculture, Trade and Consumer Protection. She currently serves as the Global Marketing Communications Manager for Alta Genetics, where she uses innovative marketing strategies, creative tactics, and collaboration to deepen and create new client relationships

A passionate advocate for agriculture and youth, Morgan serves as a Co-Superintendent for the National FFA Organization's Dairy Cattle Evaluation CDE Committee and Texas FFA's Dairy Cattle Evaluation CDE competitions, providing career development opportunities for thousands of high school students each year.  She also serves as a volunteer mock interviewer and mentor for Tarleton State University students in the College of Agriculture and Natural Resources, helping set new college graduates up for success as they pursue careers in agriculture. In her spare time, she prioritizes spending quality time with her family, traveling, and fishing.
